The second part of Cristiano Ronaldo’s interview with TalkTv was released today, where Ronaldo talked about the club’s administration. In the first part, Ronaldo said that he feels BETRAYED by Manchester United. However, the five-time Balon d’Or winner criticized the Glazer family, his former teammate, and many more.

Ronaldo talked about missing the pre-season

The conflict between Manchester United and Cristiano Ronaldo came into the spotlight when Ronaldo missed several training sessions and missed the pre-season tour of Manchester United.

According to Ronaldo, his daughter Bella was admitted to the hospital because she was sick. Therefore, he missed the pre-season tour. Ronaldo said, “I spoke with the director and the president of Man Utd and they kind of didn’t believe that something was going wrong, which made me feel bad.”

“I am never going to change the health of my family for a football. Now, or 10 years behind or forward. And it is something that really hurt me because they doubted my word that I was struggling, especially Bella. We had one week in hospital because Bella had a big problem, and I didn’t go to the pre-season because of that,” Ronaldo said.

Manchester United is a marketing club

Cristiano Ronaldo heavily criticized the Glazer family. Glazers don’t care about Manchester United, according to Cristiano Ronaldo. Ronaldo stated, “The owners of the club – the Glazers – they don’t care about the club. I mean professional sport. Manchester United is a marketing club, they get their money from the marketing. The sports, they don’t really care in my opinion.”

“It is complicated, it’s difficult, it’s hard. In my opinion, it will be hard for Manchester United to be top of the game in the next two or three years,” Ronaldo added.

Ronaldo talked about Wayne Rooney

Last week, Wayne Rooney criticized Ronaldo for making chaos at the club. In the interview, Ronaldo responded, saying, “I don’t understand, you should ask this question to him. I don’t know why he criticised me so bad.”

“Probably, because he finished his career in his 30s. I’m still playing at a high level, I’m not going to say that I’m looking better than him, which is true. It’s hard to listen to that kind of criticism and negativity from people who played with you, for example Gary Neville as well,” Ronaldo stated.
