Last night, England welcomed Hungary at Molineux Stadium. The hosts were very desperate to win a match as they haven’t got a victory in the UEFA Nations League yet. So, England boss Gareth Southgate played his best possible XI against Hungary. He set up the team formation with 4-3-3. In the front, the manager deployed Harry Kane with Bukayo Saka and Bowen. On the other hand, Hungary’s boss played his team in a 3-4-2-1.

The home team tried to dominate from the start of the match. They pressed highly to find the net. But, Hungary surprised the home team in the early of the game. They made all the fans silent in the 16th minute as Ronald Sallai scored a stunning goal in the 16th minute. After that, England fought for their lives to find the equalizer but failed to score. So the first half ended in 1-0.

Returning from the break, Hungary looked more organized. They seemed very threatening in the second half. But they had to wait until 70 minutes to double the lead. As well as scoring the first goal, Ronald Sallai also scored the second. He found the net in the 70th minute with the help of M. Adam.

In the final 20 minutes, England became messy. They couldn’t create any serious chances in the entire match. However, the Three Lions conceded another goal in the 80th minute. This time, Zsolt Nagy found the net for Hungary. Nine minutes later, Hungary hit again as Daniel Gajzag scored a brilliant goal with the help of A. Nagy.
