The English giant Liverpool keep their brilliant form in every match of the Premier League. Last night, they beat Everton at Goodison Park, home of Everton, by a 4-1 margin. Egyptian football King Mohamed Salah is literally in his prime form.

Last night, Salah scored a brace against Everton. He has already scored 13 goals for Liverpool in the English Premier League this season. As of now, Mohammad Salah is the top scorer in the EPL.

Match Review

The Klopp boys visited Goodison Park to play against Everton last night. The match between Liverpool and Everton is known for Merseyside Derby. The match of the previous night was the 238th match between both teams. So the game between Liverpool and Everton is also a matter of pride for the players.

However, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp set up the formation with 4-3-3. It is the classical attacking formation in football. Klopp played Diego Jota in the center along with Mo Salah and Sadio Mane in the front.

On the other side, Rafael Benitez played his team with the 4-4-2 formation. He is not having a good time with Everton. In the last five league games, Everton lost four and drawn one. Anyway, the home team conceded the first goal at the very beginning of the match. Liverpool skipper Jordan Henderson scored in the 9th minute with the help of Andrew Robertson.

Liverpool doubled their lead with Mo Salah’s brilliant goal in the first half. Mo Salah beat Jordan Pickford in the 19th minute to find the net. It was a clever pass from the skipper Henderson which was converted into a goal by Mo Salah.

The home team, Everton, returned a goal in the first half. Midfielder Demarai Gray scored just before the break. Brazilian forward Richarlison helped him to score in the 38th minute. It looked like Everton could come back in the second half. But they conceded two more goals in the second half.

Mo Salah scored again for Liverpool in the 64th minute. He was too clinical last night that he could not miss a single chance. As a result, he found the net again and scored the 13th goal of the season for Liverpool.

Liverpool striker Diago Jota scored the fourth goal as well. His stunning shot beat Pickford in the 80th minute. Everton could not score more in this game. As a result, Liverpool won the Merseyside Derby by 4-1
