The Ligue 1 started last night with the match between Paris Saint Germain and Clermont Foot. PSG boss Christophe Galtier played his team in a 3-4-3 formation. Before this match, the manager insisted to play with three center-backs. However, Christophe Galtier deployed Neymar Jr. and Pablo Sarabia along with Lionel Messi. He also played two wing-backs in this match. On the other hand, Clermont’s boss set up his team formation with 4-2-3-1.

Lionel Messi scored that goal in the 86th minute with a magnificent bicycle shoot. L. Parades assisted in this goal. However, both teams couldn’t score more in the remaining minutes. As a result, Paris Saint Germain started the season, scoring five goals and keeping a clean sheet.
