Moise Kean and Dembele grabbed all the headlines

FC Barcelona faced the Italian side, Juventus, in the USA as part of their pre-season tour. However, the match between Barcelona and Juventus ended in a draw last night. But Ousmane Dembele and Moise Kean grabbed all the attention in the game. Both players scored two goals for each team.

The top European leagues are about to start. So, all the teams are preparing themselves ahead for the new season. At the Cotton Bowl Stadium, Barcelona played against Juventus last night. However, Barca boss Xavi Hernandez set up his team formation with 4-3-3. He used his two new signings, Robert Lewandoski and Andreas Christiansen, in the starting XI.

On the other hand, Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri played his team in a 4-5-1 formation. He also deployed his new recruits, Angelo di Maria and Moise Kean.

However, Barcelona had been dominating from the beginning of the match. They kept more possession than Juventus. Moreover, Barcelona created many chances in the first half. But the Spanish team had to wait until the 34th minute to take the lead. With the help of Sergio Dest, Barca winger Ousmane Dembele scored a stunning goal, beating four defenders.

But Barcelona couldn’t keep the lead long. Juventus took only five minutes to find the equalizer. Juventus’ summer signing, Moise Kean, scored that equalizer with the assist from J. Cuadrado. The drama continued at the Cotton Bowl stadium as Barcelona scored again within one minute. Ousmane Dembele once again hit the net. It was the carbon copy of the previous one as he dribbled four defenders to find the net in the 40th minute. As a result, the first half ended in 2-1.

Returning from the break, both managers made several changes in their squad. However, Juventus kept pushing for the goals. In the 51st minute, Juventus finally got the equalizer as Moise Kean scored his second goal of the match. After that, the Italian side started playing defensively. Despite this, Barcelona could have scored more goals if Raphinha and Fati’s shots didn’t hit the post. As a result, the match ended in a 2-2 tie.
