Game week 3 starts on Saturday night. Fourteen teams have played their third match in the league. After three matches, Manchester City remains top of the table, and Arsenal are still at the bottom of the table.

Man City VS Arsenal

The first match of the game week-3 started in Etihad Stadium, the home ground of Man City. They have faced Arsenal for the first time this season while they beat Arsenal by 5-0. I. Gundogan scored the first goal for the City in just the 7th minute. In the 12th and 84th minutes of the game, the Spanish youth Ferran Torres scored two goals for Man City. Gabriel Jesus and Rodri both scored one goal.

Arsenal midfielder Xhaka fouled Cancelo in the 35th minute, and the referee showed him a red card. Arsenal didn’t score a single goal in straight three games of the league. They have lost their nine premier league matches in a row against Manchester City.

Newcastle VS Southampton

The points have been shared in St James’ Park between Newcastle and Southampton. The match has ended dramatically. Callum Wilson scored the first goal for Newcastle, and Southampton winger Mohamed Elyounoussi equalized in 74th minutes. It seems like the game is going to be drawn. But in the 90th minute, Saint-Maximin scored for Newcastle. When the match was about to end, J. Ward-Prowse scored from the penalty shoot-out. So, both teams have shared the points.

Brighton VS Everton

Brighton have lost their home match against Everton. They conceded two goals and scored none. English footballer D. Gray scored the first goal for Everton just before halftime. He found the net in 41 minutes. The second goal comes from the penalty shoot-out. Everton star Calvert-Lewin scored from the penalty.

West Ham VS Crystal Palace

The match between West Ham and Crystal Palace has been drawn. Both teams scored twice. Pablo Fornals scored the first goal in the game. M. Antonio and he found the net for the Hammers while midfielder Conor Gallagher scored twice for the Eagles.

Norwich City VS Leicester City

Leicester City have won the match against Norwich scoring two goals. J. Vardy scored in just the 8th minute of the game. However, Norwich equalized in 44 minutes. T. Pukki scored from the penalty for Norwich. In the second half, Leicester City take the lead and won the match.

Liverpool VS Chelsea

The match between Liverpool and Chelsea was the most exciting match this week. Both teams played very attacking football. Liverpool conceded the first goal in their home ground. Kai Havertz scored the first goal for Chelsea. But in the last minute of the first half, Reece James made a handball in the box and got a red card. Mo Salah took the penalty shoot-out successfully. Both teams created a lot of chances but couldn’t find the net again. So after 90 minutes, both teams have shared a point at Anfield.
