Spanish giant Real Madrid won the Madrid derby last night as they defeated Atletico Madrid with a 2-1 margin. It is their 6th successive victory in La Liga, which sees the Los Blancos at the top of the table. Real Madrid won all their six games in La Liga and earned 18 points so far. On the other hand, Atletico Madrid have won three matches after playing six games. Moreover, the defeat against Real Madrid moved them to the 7th position.

Last night, Atletico Madrid welcomed Real Madrid at the Wanda Metropolitano. Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti had to take a crucial decision in this match. In-form player Karim Benzema missed the clash due to injury. However, the manager set up the team formation with 4-3-3. He used Federico Valverde as a winger, while Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo played in the front along with him.
